One of the ideas that DelMonte stresses is flexibility training. The idea behind this is that you are looking for a lean trim body with muscles rather than a bulky body that can turn off the opposite sex. To achieve a great, healthy looking body one must do more than pump as much iron as possible and eat all the protein thrown in front of them. Flexibility will help keep your muscles loose and looking healthy, so when it’s time to take your shirt off you will resemble the actors on the cover of magazines with nice cut bodies.
